These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. Please read them carefully.  They do not affect your statutory rights.

The Contract
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with CLUB DOVER.  The contract will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Payment

A.   Payment must be made in advance and can be online for pre-bookable events as advertised.  CLUB DOVER accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta.  All product prices include Value Added Tax and are shown in UK pounds sterling; your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

B.   Upon receiving your order CLUB DOVER carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction.  No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check.  Your card will only be charged upon confirmation of the transaction. 

C.   Your order may be cancelled if your card is declined for whatever reason or if the payment card has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder’s permission.

Processing Your Order
Once payment has been received, CLUB DOVER will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form.  CLUB DOVER's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on the terms and conditions set out here - any additional terms which you seek to impose in your order will not form part of the contract. 

Prices

A.   No liability is accepted for any errors or omissions on the website.  The right to amend information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed items or services is reserved.

B.   CLUB DOVER is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the event appearing on our website.  

C.   If items have been inadvertently mispriced, you will be contacted to confirm whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel the order altogether.

Availability

If CLUB DOVER has insufficient availability at the event, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by CLUB DOVER from your payment card will be re-credited to your account and CLUB DOVER will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form.  The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.  CLUB DOVER will not offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: We update our website as quickly as we can to ensure accurate information is available at all times. 
 

Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on the nature of your order.  If this is the case, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
