Club Dover Gym with free parking

We have a fully equipped gym open 7 days a week for those of you who want to improve their general health and fitness or, maybe want to lose weight, tone up or gain strength and size. On joining, you will be given a complete induction (including a short health questionnaire) so that you feel confident and able to use the equipment safely and efficiently. You will also have access to an "on site" fitness trainer who can produce a specific training program to meet you own personal needs.

Whether you want running machines, rowing machines, exercise bikes, step machines, weight training, or even a personal trainer (at a small extra cost), you are sure to be satisfied.

The full gym facilities are designed for users over the age of 18 although 16 year olds are permitted to use certain machines under adult supervision following the required induction. Current prices for gym membership are above.

Please note that membership of the DHB Sports & Social club is a pre-requisite to becoming a member of its gym.
